Robert W. Smith, Jr., Chief Credit Officer
An experienced residential real estate professional, with over
35 years experience in banking, real estate construction and
finance. Served as Senior Vice-President of Bank of America
predecessor bank (C&S), responsable for all residential construction
and development lending, company-wide for 14 years. Built or
renovated over 100 homes as President of R.W. Smith Builders,
Inc. Most recently served as Senior Vice-President of Bank of
America Mortgage, responsible for mortgage loan production for
the states of Georgia and Tennessee.
Jonathan Coe, General Counsel
Has served as counsel for public and private companies in financial services and technology industries, including as general counsel of publicly-traded financial technology and software company. Most recently served as General Counsel of PRE Holdings, Inc., a provider of prepaid telecommunications and financial products.
Shirley K. Coker, Administrative Officer
Has over 15 years experience in the communications and financial
services industries having held various administrative positions
with Interstate Telephone Company and ITC Holding Company. Served
as Director of Administration since the inception of Capstone
Funding, LLC in August 2004. Managed administrative functions
for Powertel, Knology, ITC DeltaCom and Headhunter.net during
their start-up phases.
